Project Challenge

CORE Theatrics, whose vision is to support student in “the art of being human”, serves a broad range of community youth through their theater productions, classes, and training. CORE was seeking to advance their mission and to create broader awareness of the organization and increase attendance and support for their productions.

Solution

Upstart Group supported CORE Theatrics in a marketing consulting and advisory capacity. We were able to use our experience in both the nonprofit space and our marketing expertise in connecting the founder to resources and providing guidance and support for publicity campaigns and other marketing efforts to promote CORE’s youth theater productions.

Results

Through the efforts of many volunteers and with Upstart Group’s guidance and hands on support, CORE Theatrics saw an increase in press coverage for their productions including event listings, reviews, and articles in local publications about the shows and the local students who were participating.
